FAQ
What is DTF (Direct to Film) Printing?
DTF, or Direct to Film, is a revolutionary printing technology that allows vibrant, full-color designs to be transferred directly onto textiles, particularly fabrics like cotton, polyester, and blends, with remarkable durability and vibrancy. Unlike traditional methods like screen printing or direct-to-garment (DTG), DTF printing uses a unique process: it prints designs onto a specialized film, then applies an adhesive powder to the print. The image is then heat-pressed onto the fabric, creating a soft, flexible, and highly durable print. This process not only offers unmatched versatility in material compatibility but also produces vibrant colors and finely detailed images.
Today, DTF is widely recognized in the custom apparel, merchandise, and fashion industries as a versatile and cost-effective solution, ideal for both small and large-scale production.
